It's completely okay to seek support, and as an experienced individual and couples therapist, I’m here to help you work through these difficult emotions.
You Deserve to be Happy.
Life Doesn’t Have to Be This Hard – Therapy Can Help
It’s time to start investing in your mental and emotional well-being. Whether you're navigating personal struggles or relationship challenges, therapy can provide the support you need. You don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we can work through the anxiety, frustration, stress, and guilt/shame that may be holding you back from living the fulfilling life you deserve.
It’s Not About Avoiding Difficult Emotions—It’s About Learning How to Navigate Them.
No emotion or problem is too small. Maybe feelings of shame are causing you to dislike yourself and who you see in the mirror, or negative thoughts are stopping you from taking the new job or starting to date again. Maybe boundary setting with the people around you feels scary or impossible so you try to be everything to everyone. Or maybe you keep getting into relationships with the wrong people who don’t treat you with respect, love, or kindness. No matter what’s causing you to struggle, it’s clear that life can be really hard.
So let’s talk about it!
In this space, there is no judgement. Just room for you to take a deep breath and let it go.
Here’s the Game Plan
Feel
When it feels safe to do so, we’ll start working on feeling and processing what’s going on inside your body and mind so that you feel more in control.
Heal
No matter what you’re struggling with, you have the power to use your emotions, your strengths, and the tools we practice in session to heal. What’s more empowering than that?
Reveal
And when it’s all said and done, welcome to your big reveal. This is what you’ve been working so hard for! You will now have the tools and confidence to tackle whatever life throws at you.

This crazy world of ours can feel like a rollercoaster, full of beauty and hardship. Society often sends the message that you’re never quite good enough, no matter how hard you try. It can feel like an uphill battle, and sometimes, it may seem nearly impossible to love yourself.
I mean let’s be honest - it can even feel impossible to LIKE yourself.
The voice in your head never seems to shut up. It constantly tells you that you aren’t grateful enough, worthy enough, attractive enough, or smart enough, and sadly… you may start to believe it. But let me assure you — that voice is a LIAR and it’s time to start challenge it.
Remember - You are not your thoughts. You are so much more than the negative self-talk holding you back!
As a therapist, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. It can feel overwhelming, scary, and even frustrating. But the truth is, you deserve to be happy. You deserve to feel hopeful and confident in who you are, and to show up as the best version of yourself every single day.
The good news? Your desire for change and progress is the first step toward healing and personal growth. Therapy can help you break free from the patterns of self-doubt and negative thinking. Together, we can work on building your confidence, self-worth, and emotional resilience.
If you're ready to take the next step toward the life you deserve, I’d be honored to support you in this journey.

Let’s Get Personal: I am an Aquarius with a lot of Scorpio in her chart - A.K.A. a free spirit with a feisty side :) I love being active, whether it’s taking a yoga class, participating in a Spartan race, or going on a hike. But honestly, I’ll try any kind of movement that makes me feel good. I love reading (audiobooks are kind of my jam even though my husband says they don’t count) and listening to podcasts. I grew up with a Psychologist as a mother and Biologist as a father, so I guess you could say Mind/Body has always been a part of my life. I am extremely passionate about healing the relationship you have with yourself, and am a sex-positive clinician who enjoys working with people with diverse sexual desires, orientations, and practices.
I’m Not Your Typical Therapist: A lot of therapist will sit and listen to your challenges and stories, validate your feelings, and send you on your way. But in my opinion, that only gets you so far. Yes, it feels amazing to vent and have an unbiased person listen to you… but then what?
With having such a heavy background in coaching, I guess you could say my therapy style is both warm and motivating, while also being goal-oriented. My hope is for you to leave every session with something to work on while also feeling extremely empowered to do so. So if you need someone who will not only listen and support you, but also push you to grow, I’m your therapist.
The Background Story: For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to helping people improve their lives—first as a yoga instructor, then as a personal trainer, and now as an individual and couples therapist. Throughout my career in health and wellness, I noticed something profound: no matter how many goals people achieved, they often struggled to truly appreciate their progress or feel confident in the person they saw in the mirror. It became clear that the mental and emotional challenges they faced had been neglected for far too long. Despite their outward success, they weren’t experiencing the deep transformation they longed for.
This disconnect was heartbreaking to witness, and I realized I had to do more to truly support people in their healing process. That’s why I decided to pursue a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, equipping myself with the knowledge and tools to help people achieve mental and emotional well-being that goes beyond surface-level achievements.
